Imagine if you could not remember yesterday..imagine if you could not visualize the future...where would you be?
You would be right here, right now..in this very moment...what will this moment be for you? If you cannot access the past or the future what kinds of possibilities are open to you? How much more are you able to just be..to see what is right in front of you...to enjoy without thoughts of what was or what will be? It is exciting isn't it?
Finding moments to just be with no past or future opens the opportunity of now, which is all that really..truely exists anyway.
